“If you unexpectedly receive a large amount of money, how should you spend it reasonably?”

This morning, when I saw today’s English writing topic above, I always thought of the problem on the way to my home or the company.

As a Christian, If I get a larger amount of money unexpectedly, I must fast for the issue and seek for the decree of the Lord. I don’t know how should I do when I get the money, because I get it without my labor. To avoid my heart with sense of guilt, I must give all money to the Christ church. I desire God can grant me more wisdom to earn more money dependent on my labor. For extra non-labor reward money, I must be afraid whether it may bring me some negative behaviors. More importantly, I can’t violate God’s grace. I admit I have more weaknesses, anyway, I must try my best to earn money by the reasonable methods.

The God said:” For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule:’ if a man will not work, he shall not eat.’ We heard that some among you are idle. They are not busy; they are busybodies.” 2Thessalonians 3:10-3:11

 “Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle and earn the bread they eat.” 2Thessalonians 3:12

Through the scriptures above, I learn that God doesn’t like people who isn’t willing to work. God created man and gave man two hands. His purpose was that man must work for life.

Mentioning about earning money, when our Christians run business, we can’t let our customers have the loss. It means that we can’t sell unused goods to our customers. When Christians work for the company, it’s vital to forbid practice fraud. Besides, Christians can’t bribe anyone or receive any bribes from other relationships. Of course, if there are some poor Christians, they can accept the pure help of other people, but the money with bribe must be rejected. We can’t consider how win money through buying some lotteries. If Christians get a larger amount of money by buying the lotteries, it means that other people lose their money.

On the consumption side,  I am learning how to spend my money rationally. In the past several years, My spending had been out of my control, which often made me fall in difficulty. From this March, I started to seek for God help. I desire that he can lead me to manage my salary and I will keep on praying for my dream every day...
