      Today we will learn the third power needed to fight in this era, framework power. It is the ability to deduce another concept from one concept, start with a clue, and than go to another clue, and then sort out the order of the whole things as clearly as possible. It includes a series of hypothesis, concepts, logical knowledge system, with which we can understand the facts and observe the detail. At McKinsey, a well-known consulting firm, if you don’t have a “framework” to talk about, you’ll be laughed at as if you were chatting. And with a “framework” in mind, it forms a skeleton for thinking and memory, with accurate judgment, problem-solving skills, and a business mind like a “dog’s nose”. 

    今天我們講這個時代奮鬥應具備的第三種力量，架構力。架構力就是從一個概念開始推導出另外一個概念，從一個線索出發，再到另一個線索，進而把整件事的順序盡可能梳理清楚的連接能力。它包括一系列假設、概念、邏輯的知識體系。我們可以用來理解事實和觀察細節。在著名諮詢公司麥肯錫，說話如果沒有“架構”，就會被別人笑話，就好似聊天。而有了“架構”，就在頭腦中形成了便於思考和記憶的骨架，會有精准的判斷能力、有解決問題的能力，有“狗鼻子”一樣的生意頭腦。
