To the interview, it means much more than just suiting people who lack experience, even the person, who own rich experience in career, maybe fall in the interview mess. Today I’d like to share with you some suggestions about interview.
First, talk about being late for the interview. Although jobseekers have been reminded that they’d better to go to the appointed place in advance, sometimes, it’s difficult for them to control some special event happened suddenly on the way to the interview. When facing the problem, jobseekers should learn adjusting the mental attitude instead of some negative thoughts, and not to mention giving up the interview and come back to the home. At that time, if jobseekers have realized their journey may be delay, it’s very necessary to give a call to the other party. If you are late for long time, to show your sincerity, I suggest that you give a call again five minutes before arriving. In conclusion, when you are late for the interview, so long as the other party still work, whatever late you are, you should go to there and explain the reasons face to face. I believe that most of companies can understand.
Second, answering question must keep a clear thinking. From my experiences, it’s very vital that jobseekers must remember all items on the resume. For example, if you have passed the English level or other qualification certificates, you must remember the scores and test dates. In my eyes, these details can’t be ignored. If you are muddleheaded on your own past experiences, which you wrote down on the resume, how can the company believe that you are qualified for the work?
Third, you can’t keep silence while facing the question you don’t understand. Generally, you should study the company’s business and the work post before attending the interview. When the interviewer asks you to talk about the opinion in this type of industry, if you are in the dark about the question, never choose to keep on silence. You’d better to tell the other party directly and hope gaining some knowledges from the other party’s introducing.
Fourth, every jobseeker must have a clear career goal. For the businesses, it’s very danger if the staff doesn’t have any occupational planning at work only for seeking for income. This type of staff doesn’t exist sense of belonging and may leave for the company at any time. when graduates give a response for the questions, the answer should concern the company’s industry or the post you are interviewing. In this way, the interviewer will be interested.
Finally, I’d like to discuss the salary. Even if you are an outstanding graduate, you can’t ask higher salary than the unitive market price due to lack of experience. For the company, for a jobseeker who can’t do anything, what qualifications does the jobseeker arise so higher salary? Never to mention that you have big potential in the future. Similarly, you are surely unhappy if you are required by the restaurant’s waiter to pay for the fee before you haven’t eaten food.
