作者在productivity提到了interruption，meetings都是恶魔。最有感触的还是精读的两章，一个是Reasons to quit。不要因为自己已经在一件事情上投入和时间就一定要坚持下去，多问问自己为什么要做这件事，还有没有价值。如果没有，果断walk away。不要因为已经投入的沉没成本而坚持。
Don't be timid about your conclusions. Sometimes abandoning what you're working on is the right move, even if you've already put in a lot of effort.
另一个是Quick wins,要讲行动分成一个个小部分。让自己完成一个就有成就感，如果只是一个特别大的计划看不到头就很难继续下去。有时候要哄着自己，了解自己会为什么而继续。
