    In my eyes, a strong product brand company must have the unusual working environment, such as the culture, management style, development prosepct and so on. These elements improved gradully will have the advantage to the company's development.

    First, I’d like to talking about the influence of the culture of the company. When we find a new job, although hardware conditions are considered first, in most cases, no one would like to overlook the cultural environments’ influence. Similarly, if a company want to retain excellent staff, improving the cultural environment is very vital. To some extent, whether a company has a great influence depends on its’ cultural atmospheres. We know that good governance is impossible without a good corporate culture. Nowadays, there are many world-wide famous companies such as Microsoft, IBM etc, which they have distinctive corporation culture. For the domestic many outstanding companies, like Haier, Vanke culture, they naturally become jobseekers’ dream company due to the successful brand culture.

    Second, we must admit that the success of a company is often largely dependent on the leaderships’ style. For the most part, their style will influence employees’ working emotion and enthusiasm. If only few staff can’t suit to the leaderships’ style, maybe they would try to adjust themselves. However, if many employees think the mangers lack positive management responsibility or other capability, over time, they have some negative criticism to the leaders in their eyes, not to mention them working hard.

    In other hand, an excellent employee surely pays more attention to the company’s development prospect. Everyone knows that also only the company develops well, they can have benefit maximization. No one would like to work in the company without any prospects.

    In fact, for a good company, it not only has a good working atmosphere including good cooperation relationships between colleagues or boss, but also provide some platform for employees to exploit their talent. In this way, employees will feel a sense of belonging. Thus, retaining employees is not difficult.
