I woke up at 4:20 this morning. and I washed my face and brushed, and the I did the morning excerise.

I finished the total study plan for yesterday. 

I will hold the management review this moring , and all the management level will attend this meeting at 9:30. and review the performance for the past half year, there are some contents need to update after finished the management review:

1, some performance need to be revised due to the production volume reduce than the plan that set at the beginning of this year.

2, we should analysis why some performance indexes still without meet the target, that the same with the past year.

3, the internal PPM is also without meet the target, due to we changed a material that we can't bought from the US due to the import limit of the waste.  so we should make a analysis and target for the material change.

I ask my colleague to send the application letter to the team leader of the market supervision administration.

I asked Angela what the team leader said, and  she said he promised reduce the punishment, but he didn't have the right to cancel the punishment, so I understand the final treat result for this case, expect the lowest volume.

I also study the politics by video this afternoon, and addled my brain again and again.

I took two hours to learn English this night, and I am very tired this day, I will go to sleep now.
