The fisherman and the goldfish(1

本单元的话题是Movies and Theatre，属于娱乐性话题，和上一单元的科学知识相比较，学生显然很感兴趣，课堂表现积极踊跃，轻松愉悦。

在前两课Danny, Jenny和 Brian学习了有关电影的历史，以及如何拍一部电影，介绍了各自喜欢的电影类型之后，今天课文所呈现的的主要是内容是Danny, Jenny, Brian和Kim分工拍摄和表演《The fisherman and the goldfish》这个童话故事。

本节课所呈现的是故事的第一部分，分为两个场景。Scene One:On the sea(在海边)和Scene Two:The old house(旧房子)。内容较简单，语言知识点不多，基于此，我的教学环节如下:

一、Revision(复习导入)

T: What do you think is needed to make a movie or a play?

Ss: A good script, a good director, someone who can take care of costumes, sound, music...

T:Yes,perfect. Today Danny with his freinds will divide up the tasks to play a story, its name is ~The fisherman and the goldfish.

(意图：复习激活旧知，导入新授)

二、Teach the new words(词汇输入)

Show some sentences,  let Ss try to fill in the blanks by new words.

(意图：词不离句，句不离段，将词汇教学置入句子中，让学生尝试运用，便于理解记忆)

三、Listening practice(听力输入)

What did the fisherman's wife want the fisherman to ask the goldfish for ?

(意图：听力能力训练，初步了解渔夫妻子的贪心)

四、Reading practice(阅读理解)

First reading: Read in silence, understand the passage correctly.

Second reading:Read in roles, Feel the mood of the characters.

Third reading: Follow the tape.

(意图:三种不同形式的读，有不同的目的，由浅层知识的理解，到角色体会不同人物的特点，再到跟录音读，在理解文本的基础上学习语音语调。)

五、Play in a role(内化输出)

1.Divide Ss in to 7groups,try to act out this story.

2.Show their plays in front of the class.

(意图: 分小组表演这个童话故事，寓教于乐，寓教育于表演，在轻松快乐中体会不同人物的特征，感受渔夫妻子的霸道与贪心，学习渔夫的善良。)

在展示环节，各小组都跃跃欲试，甚至还加入了表情与动作渲染人物。课堂气氛异常浓郁，同学们都认真听、看，自发地为表演出色的同学鼓掌。我想这才是最自然的生成、最自然的评价。同时，在听和看的过程中，对文本内容及背后所隐含的人物品质也有了更深入的学习与理解。
