With these information, it is easy for parents to expect their kids to achieve more awards, which unintentionally make children more stressful. For another, some companies publicize anxiety on purpose, aiming to make more profits by selling their extra education service. After realizing other children taking part in a lot of them, parents cannot help doing the same thing.

There are several disadvantages of this trend. On the one hand, the fact that children have to spend their spare time coping with the extra academic pressure from their parents rather than participating in interesting activities with other children indicates that they would have less friends. After growing up, the lack of social skills lead to more isolation feeling and less cooperative awareness, which poses a threat to their future development.
