I'm Li Hua, a new student taking summer courses at your school. I'm writing to sincerely request your support in dealing with some challenges during my stay.

For one thing, I find it difficult to follow classes since English isn't my mother tongue. For another, I'm unable to borrow books from the library because I find the procedure is unclear.

Therefore, it would be highly appreciated if the Learning Center could provide with me any assistance, such as personal tutoring or necessary guidance.
