it's Friday and cloudy today, i woke up about 5:10 this morning, and then i went to the hospital after breakfast, i had noodles this morning with my wife together.
Last night, we had the global weekly quality meeting, and Wallace said the following problems:
1, All the inspection items should be reviewed by the management level;
2,All the data that out of the specification should have the documented action plans;
3, the check list of the PSA from GM;
4, CPK study should meet GM's requirements, we also said the difference between before and after scorching, because of two reasons:
4.1 the first one is the specification is different;
4.2 there are exist swell increasement after scorching.
To Walace:
1, i sent the inspction items to him before the Skype meeting;
2, i sent the CPK study of D1367A that used the M68&M35 formulas;
3, i asked him if we can only do the thickness, parallelism and flatness CPK and didn't do the GOGAN, SG and Shearing; i didn't receive the reply yet.
To Roy:
He asked me to submit the FT samples of ADO to him, but we already transfered most of the molds to Mexico plant last year, and then i asked Henry to check the tooling warehouse whether we have the two part numbers, and he replied me that we only have the ADO molds for the two part numbers on hand, so i replied the mold status to Roy.

1 He said we only do the CPK study, but we didn't need to pay more effort to improve our actual production status.
2 We should have the deviation approval for our function testing. I will approval the deviation for the testing every day in the future.
3 He asked me to submit the level 3 PPAP documents to Wallace for reference.
