    • Please clarify why this app uses background audio.

    • Please clarify where we can locate the background audio feature in your app. Please provide a demo video clearly showing the persistent background audio usage if we are not able to locate it in the app. Please make sure to press the Home Button to show the background mode in use.

    Guideline 4.3 - Design

    We noticed that your app icon is identical to the icons of other apps already submitted to the App Store.

    Apps that use the same icon make it difficult for users to find apps and are considered a form of spam.

    To resolve this issue, please revise your app icon to ensure it is unique and does not duplicate the icon of another app.

    4. How do users obtain an account?

    5. Is there any paid content in the app and if so who pays for it? For example, do users pay for opening an account or using certain features in the app?

    Regarding question [4]: Originally we only provided registration on our website. After consideration, we also added registration in the APP.
    
    Regarding question [5]: As of now, our program is completely free. We are trying to enter a healthy Segmentation market. Help brick-and-mortar dental offices get web browsing users.Provide online solutions for users with dental health problems or make an appointment for offline diagnosis and treatment,To create value.
    

    Guideline 5.1.1(v) - Data Collection and Storage

    We noticed that your app supports account creation but does not appear to include an option to initiate account deletion.

    Apps that support account creation must also offer account deletion to give App Store users more control of the data they've shared while using your app.

    If your app already supports account deletion, reply to this message and let us know how to locate this feature. If your app does not support account deletion, revise your app to include an option to initiate account deletion.

    If you are unable to offer account deletion or need to provide additional customer service flows to facilitate and confirm account deletion, either because your app operates in a highly-regulated industry or for some other reason, reply to this message in App Store Connect and provide additional information or documentation. If you have questions regarding your legal obligations, check with your legal counsel.

    Keep these requirements in mind when updating your app to support account deletion:

    • Only offering to temporarily deactivate or disable an account is insufficient.

    • If users need to visit a website to finish deleting their account, include a link directly to the page on your website where they can complete the process.

    • You may include confirmation steps to prevent users from accidentally deleting their account. However, only apps in highly-regulated industries may require users to use customer service resources, such as making a phone call or sending an email, to complete account deletion.

    • For new apps, uninstall all previous versions of your app from a device, then install and follow the steps to reproduce.

    • For app updates, install the new version as an update to the previous version, then follow the steps to reproduce.

    If we misunderstood the intended behavior of your app, please reply to this message in App Store Connect to provide information on how these features were intended to work.

    We found that the tester also used the test account provided and changed the password without permission. We have provided a new test account, and prevent others from using it.
