今天头昏沉沉的, dogs day 让人昏昏欲睡。当然不能怪罪环境啦，现在要学会be proactive, driven by values, not feelings and environment.

只是这一章Think Win/Win, 我好像还不能够理解透彻，没有像之前看habit1，2，3一样总会有醍醐灌顶之感。可能是自己对"双赢"没有什么深刻的体会，因为在学习生活中，我比较喜欢独自一个人学习与思考，之前有过什么小组作业，表演之类的，但大家都不积极主动去做好，等待分配任务，也不上心，只有自己一个人在那里组织分配，觉得心好累，给我留下一个不好的印象，不再想去搞这些事情，我们这就是所谓的lose/lose吧。

这一章还得好好体会。
