先看英国，因为我最喜欢他们国家学校的网站，快，清晰，到底是老牌帝国，真心做的好。样样都好，就算被拒了，也要表扬它。
先看牛津，清晰吧。10月15日之前必须完成申请，12月1-20日部分入选者面试（去英国面试），第二年的1月9日出结果。
第二看剑桥，清楚吧，如果要在中国面试，要9月20日之前完成申请，其他时间和牛津差不多。一月底知道结果。下面是官网截取下来的信息，

Applications for 2019 entry (and deferred entry in 2020)
Early September: UCAS Apply open.
1 September: deadline for COPA applications from Organ Scholarship applicants.
20 September: deadline for UCAS and COPA applications from students wishing to be considered for interview overseas in China, Malaysia, or Singapore.
October 2018
1 October: deadline for Medicine applicants to have been registered (by assessment centre) to take the BMAT.
15 October: deadline for UCAS applications.
15 October: deadline for applications for the Graduate Course in Medicine (applicants must complete and submit the Graduate Course in Medicine application form in addition to their UCAS application).
15 October: deadline for applicants to be registered (by assessment centre) for pre-interview assessments other than the BMAT.
19 October: deadline for COPA submissions from students who would like to be considered for interview in Cambridge, Canada or Hong Kong.
22 October: deadline for completion and submission of online Supplementary Application Questionnaire (SAQ) for most applicants.
31 October: BMAT taken by Medicine applicants.
31 October: pre-interview assessments taken.1
December 2018
The majority of interviews in Cambridge take place in the first three weeks of December (some may be a little earlier).
January 2019
Early January: winter pool takes place and decisions posted to applicants. A small number of applicants may be asked to attend a further interview.
End January: Final decisions to pooled applicants. Most applicants who were interviewed in December should have heard whether they have been accepted conditionally or unconditionally, or have been unsuccessful before the end of January.
其他英国学校的申请截止时间肯定都在后面，而申请系统只有一个。所以，如果申牛剑，必须在9.20或者10.15前完成所有英国学校的申请。因此美英加申请当中，英国排首位。
对于理工科的学生，建议早一年根据自己希望选定的专业查看下要求，英国牛剑G5一般需要一些特殊的考试，比如STEP （6月考试）， MAT（11月考试）最好先考掉，免得到了后面录取了，给你开个条件录取，你还有压力。对于考试，这篇文章不介绍了，自己看官网（Entry requirement）,英国学校网速很快，条线很清晰，找起来不难。
美国的学校相对复杂，有Rolling， EA， ED， RD， 申请系统有COMM， CAAS， UC， 然后个别学校比如MIT， UIUC会有自己的系统。建议大家在9月的样子浏览一下要申请的学校的官网，以免错过一些重要的信息。比如2018年，UIUC要求10月初就递交标化成绩虽然它的EA是11.1，MIT要求10月20日之前申请面试等等不同情况。基本大概的时间段是10.15 或者11.1早申结束， 11.30加州UC系统申请截止， 1.1左右，个别1.5-10,2.1 RD申请截止。整体来说按照上面的安排推荐的申请安排如下：
7月 整理简历和活动列表，头脑风暴考虑文书。 安排第三方面试（略早，但是万一不理想还可以再做一次，因为两次间隔必须有一个月）
8月 美国文书初稿，选校，定EA、ED学校，联系老师和推荐信撰写者。英国文书初稿。
9月 英国文书，申请，推荐信。 美国文书第二次初定，学校研究及EA、ED学校选择，申请表格填写，学校小文书考虑。标化考试的最后冲刺期。
10月 EA、ED学校的正式申请， 个人文书定稿，RD学校的整理与选择。标化考试的最后冲刺。英国学校（剑桥）面试。
11月 UC系统的正式申请，UC文书的定稿。RD学校选定，学校文书整理。家长准备财产证明（60-80万根据汇率情况，部分学校需要4年学费，那么要200多万）。
12月 ED2、RD学校的正式申请。牛津英国面试，部分EA、ED学校的录取结果出来。
1月 牛津剑桥的录取结果，小部分学校的申请结果。
2月 小部分学校的录取结果
3月 大部分学校的录取结果。最晚在4.1出结果。
英国学校的录取结果大部分也在3月底出来，当然如果一个也没有录取，根据英国UCAS系统的规则，你还可以选择一所还有空缺的学校，当然大部分孩子用不到。
