1.蒸米饭一样的方式蒸两碗糯米饭;
2.将糯米饭盛出来,放在一个容器里或者菜板上捣碎,旁边放一碗水备用(因为糯米比较黏,在砧板上先抹一层水,用手捏糯米前也先把手沾上水);

3.用木铲捣糯米,翻来覆去捣压;

4.手沾水,将捣好的糯米饭捏成长条;

5.锅热,倒入适量的油,小火双面煎(我是电磁炉开到800w),因为是小火,所以不会担心煎糊了,大概一分钟底面有些硬了,用筷子翻面煎;

6.待煎至两面金黄,起锅;

7.可以这样直接吃,若是喜欢吃红糖糍粑,那么接着进行下一步;
8.锅中倒入红糖和水,比例约为2:1,小火熬至粘稠,倒入糍粑中。
