I need your help about the cost of Uber yesterday. My name is Kate. My E-mail address associated with your Uber is go_phenomenal_english@gmail.com.

I enjoy self-support tour in San Francisco. I called a shared ride and future prices is 6 dollars. Because iPhone app didn't display "your order is received", I called the drive Daniel and made sure that driver receive my order and this order is a shared ride. However, I found that the cost is 15 dollars instead of 6 dollars at the beginning after I had got out of the car.

This is my digital ticket and I want to get my money back.
