Summary session
27/28:10:2018
For the morning session 0820 to 1020,I was assigned to assist another coach and we did technical drills incooperating fitness and endurance.
There was dribbling and defending on one versus one situations.We then did shooting where players were encouraged to dribble on one on one situations.
We finally played a game of knock outs where we played 3 versus 3 with losing team going out once a goal is scored.
The second class
10:20 to 12:20
I took a class of beginners and we started with a simple warm up where we did dribbling around with the ball using both feet.
Technical drills
I did passing and ball control where 2 players were exchanging passes.
I then put 4 small cones where the players had to pass the ball through.
I encouraged competition by saying the players who exchanged 5 passes without losing the ball will get a point.
We then played a game 4 versus 4 incooperating the drills that we had learnt.
