Why do we need to develop a good habit ?
In this book 《The one thing 》, the main idea that the author wants to tell us is to confirm the most important thing of your day 、week、 month ,even a year . And cultivating the habit of doing the most important thing is equal important to the thing itself.
There is also another theory of eating that frog ,which arrives at the same end by different means. What both theories illustrate is right a kind of way about time management.To develop a good habit ,which will not only make the tasks easier to achieve but also let the process become more effective .We should get into the good habit to use our time wisely. The good habits themselves ,then, are the important parts of all time management.So we also have another task is to do the task partitioning . We devide the tasks into different categories and try to arrange them in order of importance and urgency. And we attend to the most important and urgent matter first every day ,that will let us work efficiently and give us a sense of achievement. Since good habits are so important ,we need to be more positive and lead ourselves to good habits ,although it's a bit difficult at first , its impact on us is profound ,It's worthy to pay effort.
