公共图书馆降半旗-这一天是9.11

在9.11那天，我去公共图书馆了一趟。实在闷得不行。散步去了。
出图书馆时才发现，前边降了半旗。当时以为是旗子没绑好，也不好意思问图书馆的工作人员--万一仅仅是真得没绑好呢？!
今天校园的旗子也降了半旗。联想到之前那次，想着应该是有原因的。查了一下照片信息，9.11提醒了我!
