星巴克作为一个企业是成功的，但是更是一个咖啡文化的布道者。烘焙工坊的魅力就在于让你近距离接触这个过程，不知道同学们昨天了解了大铜罐中咖啡豆的处理流程了嘛？

咖啡铜管 SYMPHONY PIPES

五条细长的铜制管道，名为“咖啡交响管”，串联起了大铜罐以及主吧台、长吧台。咖啡豆借助气流穿梭其中，直至如雨般落入五个透明的储豆罐中，静待我们的咖啡大师将其制成杯中饮品。
After the degassing period, roasted beans are delivered via five copper pipes named Symphony to the bar silos. Our master baristas will transform the freshly roasted coffee beans into your brewed coffee or espresso drinks.

其实在我自己在里面参观时和听工作人员讲解时，我能够感觉到他们在这里工作的自豪和归属感，正如广告词背面对于咖啡的表白一般：
