Mar. 20, 2017. The first day I try to lose weight.
Statues:
diet: treated myself a meaty dinner for the beginning.
exercises: not really. I can blame the bad weather, but my fat doesn't.
Conclusion:
failed.
It's 10 o'clock in the evening. I am gonna do a little exercised as make up. And make a plan for tomorrow.
The strategy is getting things done earlier if can't avoid them.
