3. Dairy
I made Gimbap for my lunch today. Gimbap is a Korean dish which is similar with Japanese Sushi. It made from cooked rice and other ingredients that are rolled in laver. I prepared all of the ingredients last night, including seasoned beef, spinach, cucumber, carrot and the rice. And then rolled up all of these things this morning before I went to work. It is easy and good for heath. My colleague said it tasted really good and I was up for a cook.
