VPE :   P----Should we chancel the appointment for the week after next? 

            S----Continue to do it.

            P----Should we set the deadline of Mentor/ Mentee System ?

            S----Yeah! ASAP

VPPR:    P--- Members are not so active about booking an IE or a  Facilitator in WeChat Group.

              S----1. The Roles should open to Everyone. Meanwhile, we should encourage the speakers to find their own IEs. 

                     2. Run a workshop about the value about evaluating. Emphasize the difference between Evaluation And Suggestion.

President:  P---A good meeting begins with a sense of ritual.

                  S---Individual evaluator read the speech objective before the speaker deliver. / TM pass the stage to IEs to read the objectives during the space between two speakers.

                  P---TTM?

                  S---The slide for TTM should include the guideline for delivering an impromptu speech(answer, reason, example,message), not the question. TTM may read the questions.
