1, i told him that we didn't find the thickness out of specification rencently, and how to adjust the painting thickness, i thold him that:
1.1 the operator should check the powder thickness after painting box;
1.2 this work according to the work experience, and require the operator to do more and check more, then the operator will add the adjustment experience.
2 Henry will tell him the parameters for the painting process;
To HT:
1, for the shearing deviation standard is minimum 3 and the coverage must be 100%
2, the difference of the GOGAN between two sides must be lower than 10, that's huge challenge for the actual production control.
3, he required us to take some samples from finished part, and then do the function testing for M30 formula, i will check and then feedback the result to the team.
4, he required us if we find the GOGAN, shearing and SG is not ok, we should repeat the PID adjustment till we get the OK result.

1, i asked him to take the samples from the finished part warehoue and then do the function testing;
2, he should tell the techinician when Li Yanchang tell him to adjust the parameters, he should fill the adjustment result in the worksheet.
