不尚贤，使民不争。不贵难得之货，使民不为盗。不见可欲，使心不乱。
Not to build Halls of Fame, the folks will not seek fame. Not to enshrine valuable goods, the folks will not steal. Not to display arousing items, the folks will be peace and quiet.
是以圣人之治，虚其心，实其腹，弱其志，强其骨。常使民无知无欲，使夫智者不敢为也。为无为，则无不治。
The sages cultivate the folks in such a way as tonothingness their hearts,wholeness their bellies, water down their ambitions and clear their tendons. Keep the folks from obsession and desire and the street smart dare not. Thus, in the nothingness, the wholeness performs well.
“圣人之治”， 我的理解不是圣人统治、治理人民，而是圣人教化芸芸众生的方式。
“虚其心，实其腹，弱其志，强其骨”，我理解是佛法里讲的先明理，破我执、法执、再破相，自修自证的过程。“强其骨”，我的理解是让身体的筋脉通畅，而不是身体强壮，道家讲练气，气充满身体，使全身气化，七经八脉打通。
“无知无欲”，我的理解是人们没有执着和欲望，知不是无知的意思。
