生意超好,天天人满为患。叉烧肉不是港式的叉烧肉,做法比较糙。一碗没加料的叉烧饭,其实是没啥料的,只能隐约看到叉烧肉末和虾碎。一定要加料吃,不然觉得索然无味。炒饭倒是炒得颗粒分明,卖完一锅再炒新的。服务态度不错,看我拿相机在拍,还把熬虾汤盖翻开给我拍。汤底是用狗虾头和大骨熬制的,当然加冰糖调鲜。跟所有的虾面店做法是一样的。
