训练感想：现在感觉每天都被虐到了，感觉都抓狂了，今儿本来感觉很好，都得一切顺利，把语音发到群里，但是看到群里说谁读得比较好，我一听我的觉得有两处读得不够完美，因此果断撤回，结果就不在状态了，知道现在才弄好，感觉还没有原来的语音好，感觉对自己要求很完美了，结果弄得自己受挫，但是总得来说还是不熟而已。我这么坚持，一定不能放弃，否则就是零了。再接再厉。
