英文报告写作

今天的写作是写一篇报告，题目是就公司餐厅就餐人数减少的问题进行研究，如下图

写作要求是：
标题：Report on...
小标题：Findings

1. 回答问题1，如何得到员工的意见的。
2. 回答问题2，员工不去食堂的原因是什么（写2-3段，每段只能写一个原因，需要具体化）
   小标题：Recommendation
   回答问题3。针对上面的原因，给出2-3个解决方案。尽可能与上述原因一一对应。另外解决方案要具体、可操作，用解释、延伸、举例三种拓展方式去延伸，不要空喊口号。
   小标题：Conclusion
   简单强调一下为什么要鼓励员工去食堂，希望管理层解决这个问题。

Findings
An A&A survey has been taken to find out why the staff are unwilling to use the company canteen. According to the survey the following two important reasons could be obtained.
Most staff are tired of the boring taste so they prefer to order a food delivery via the internet, for there are a variety of food to select.
Others consider the price of the company canteen is a little high so they prefer to bring their own lunch from home.
Recommendation
The company canteen should open a try period to find out what food is popular among the staff. New taste of food can be introduced and survey is necessary to get the feedback from the staff. The one who give the feedback will get a discount for the next lunch. In this way the company canteen will get a menu of the favorite food for the staff.
The company should provide lunch subsidy for the staff who have lunch in the company canteen.
Conclusion
It is beneficial for the company to encourage the staff to use the company canteen. The canteen can provide cleaner and healthier food which can guarantee the health of the staff. What’s more it’s convenient to have lunch in the company canteen. The staff will spend less effort on selecting lunch food or preparing lunch at home so they will have more energy on work.
我的第二点针对员工抱怨餐厅饭菜价格贵的问题所给出的解决方案没有给出较好的回答，因为我确实没想好，没什么好点子。
