Location:
On the lateral aspect of the lower leg, 7 cun superior to the prominence of the lateral malleolus, in the depression at the posterior border of the fibula.

Needling:
Perpendicular insertion 1 to 1.5 cun.
Actions:
1. Active the channel and alleviates pain (通经止痛)。
2. Regulates Gall Bladder qi and calms the spirit (调理胆气，安神)
Indications：
1. Swelling and pain of the knee, atrophy disorder and painful obstruction of the lower limb, cold painful obstruction, contraction of the sinews in sudden turmoil disorder.
膝部肿痛，小腿痿证疼痛阻塞，寒凝疼痛，
2. Mania induced by fright, fullness, distention and pain of the chest and lateral costal region, swelling of the face and eyes, throat painful obstruction.
惊恐导致狂躁，胸胁满闷疼痛，面目浮肿，咽喉阻塞疼痛。
