主料:鸡腿肉,洋葱,番茄,黄红圆椒,大米,杏仁片,白芝蔴,黄油,大蒜,无味巧克力
调味:盐,胡椒粉,鸡粉,红椒粉,白兰地,柠檬汁,生粉,丁香粉,茴香粉,桂皮粉,香菜仔粉,面粉
制作过程
1.鸡肉洗净,切大块,放盐,胡椒粉,鸡粉,白兰地,柠檬汁,红椒粉,生粉,腌30分钟,放扒炉扒至金黄色,洋葱,番茄,青红圆椒切小粒,大蒜切茸,大米洗净蒸熟,鸡油炒匀备用
2.蒜茸用黄油炒香,放洋葱粒,番茄粒,红椒粒炒匀调味,放少许面粉,盐,胡椒粉,鸡粉,丁香粉,茴香粉,桂皮粉,香菜仔粉,白兰地,柠檬汁,无味巧克力,最后放青圆椒粒,加水(或鸡粉)做成稀稠汁。
3.汁酱中放入煎好的鸡块,烩煮10分钟至鸡块全熟时起锅上碟,跟上鸡油炒饭,撒上杏仁片,白芝蔴盘饰即可
