I am pushing myself to enjoy a healthy lifestyle in 2017.
I am going to turn my typical "fully occupied" day into a "focused and balanced "day. Below is my typical day when I am not rushed into any urgent program.
After I woke up, i will meditate for 15 minutes. Meditation will train your mind to focus, and it's the best way to practice your metacognitive capability,which will benefit you from all aspects both in work and in life.
Following meditation, it's my exercises time, it will awaken my body and nerves. Normally, I will do chest pull(40*3)+full squat(20*3)+abdominal training(20*3). It takes around 25 minutes.
When I am working outThen, it's time to learn English. I am doing morning reading for 30 minutes almost every day, then I record what I read and upload to my morning reading program at 喜马拉雅. Other than this, I am also teaching my we chat community fellows English.
My 喜马拉雅programMy breakfast time comes next, which is my most enjoyable time of the day.Sunlight shines in from the window, I am making the nutritous breakfast while singing in the meantime. My breakfast comprises of congee or soup, eggs, soybean milk, all sorts of pancakes. I will spend 30-40 minutes to prepare and eat breakfast. I feel energetic and ready to start a brand new day after such a wonderful breakfast.

If I don't write, the 20 minutes on the way is my lonely time to read a column written by 李笑来 from get it. Most of the time, I will write.
I am trying my best to focus on the tasks during working hours. First, I prioritize my work items, then use Pomodoro to do time management, then focus what I am doing. lately, I am not in a good mood at work, yet I am trying to adjust myself and tackle the problem.
After work, I am trying to relax. But as a work-aholic, most of the time I do some extra work or write, or practice speech. Other than this, I go to dance twice every week.
