Career rules

In different job surroundings, in differenttime, the career rules differs from on another. However, people should learn and establish one for himself.

1.Specific job scope. Do not dream of a wonderful performance and success,especially while lack of resource, holding different concept, and facing newchallenges.

2.Specific responsibility boundary. Do not undertake other guys’obligation and fault. Otherwise ,we should admit that sometimes progress is unnecessaryat all.

3.Take advantage of management mechanism. Use the power of organizations and workflowto achieve the target, regardless of the complaints and difficulty.

4.Keep necessary work record. Record what I have said and done, recordwhat the others said and done. Even though some leaders don’t require that ,therecord is necessary to retrospect ,analyze and report.

5.Usage of lists. List management consists of scope, priority, difficulty,deadline, sequence, responsibility, procedure, key points, and other comments.

6.Dare to expose and face the terribleness and mistake. Do not coverup personal and others’ negative act , do not be kind during work ,but be kindin daily life.
