Today, I had a talk with my ex-colleague, about occupational planning. My ex-company is a state-owned enterprise, the job is relatively stable, the income is relatively good. But almost everyone in that company is dissatisfied, they are dissatisfied with their salary, they are dissatisfied with their works, and they think they are brilliant. But in fact, they don't understand the cruelty of the outside world, they don't understand that they can't get so much money for the same job in another company, they don't understand maybe they can not stay alive survive if they go out of this company. Even for me, in the last year working for this company, I was also be affected by this negative energy.
But when I quited my job and came into the outside world, I realized the cruelty of the real world. No one will help you, except yourself. Most people in that company mistake the platform make by the company for their own ability, they think they are niubility, but in fact they are nothing if they don't rely on the platform of the company. Too stable work environment can make people arrogant, too stable work environment can let people do not cherish the present, too stable work can also let people lose the will to fight.
I am grateful that I have been out of my comfort zone and begin to see the real world in the life. I have been touched for some moment, and I also have been rejected for many times. I have been sad, but I have never been desperate. I understand that no one is easy for life, and I begin to cherish the present.
Perhaps this is the fate, at a given point of time, let you meet the real persons, and let you begin to understand the real life.
No amount of money ever bought a second of time. So, cherish everything at present, and be brave enough to do what you want. And remember, alway with a grateful heart.
