    1、询问退货政策:

    Customer: "Hi, I'd like to inquire about your return policy."

    Employee: "Sure, our return policy allows returns within 90 days with a valid receipt. What can I help you with?"

    2、解释退货原因:

    Customer: "I need to return this item because it's defective."

    Employee: "I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have the receipt? We can process the return for you."

    3、提供购买信息:

    Customer: "I don't have the receipt, but I paid with a credit card."

    Employee: "No problem. If you paid with a credit card, we can look up the purchase history and proceed with the return."

    4、要求退款或换货:

    Customer: "Can I get a refund for this item?"

    Employee: "Certainly. Would you like a refund to your original payment method?"

    5、检查商品状态:

    Employee: "May I check the condition of the item?"

    Customer: "Of course, go ahead."

    6、领取退款或换货:
