Technology. Look at it now. It is available at the tip of your fingertips.

You are now doing something that was impossible 20 years ago.

Whoa. What is happening?

This is what we call the start of the digital age.
这就是我们口中所说的数字时代的起点。
This is the new generation of people who have access to new life-changing experiences.
新时代的人们可以有机会体验到前所未有的生活。
More and more people are leaving their countries every year to gain a new experience outside their homes.
每年，越来越多的人们离开自己的家园去别国体验异国风情。
No longer are we bound to a single village or a small town.
我们不再困于一个村庄或一座小镇。
As of now, we have cars and motorcycles, buses are frequent, and airplanes are available to the public.
现在，交通是如此发达，人们可以搭乘汽车、摩托车、公共汽车以及飞机去远方。
Almost everyone has a cell phone or smartphone now.
人人手中都拥有一部手机或智能手机。
With all this in mind, I can talk to you and you can talk to me.

We are after all, tens of thousands of miles away from each other.
