2017 年 1 到 4 月份雅思口语 part2 人物类，准备一位让自己感到骄傲的、有礼貌的家人和一位名人就可以涵盖该类绝大多数的话题。我觉得用霍金来拓展比较好，因为霍金的事例可以用到事物类话题，喜欢的书、喜欢的电影，我们可以用霍金的自传或者霍金的传记电影来回答。
而关于难忘的经历、有趣的演讲这些事件类话题，依然可以用霍金来回答，本月霍金给香港观众呈现了一场全息演讲（speak via hologram），全息演讲就是一个很好解释有趣的角度，而且，霍金经常谈及探索宇宙的必要性，我们可以把演讲中提到探索宇宙作为演讲有趣的第二个论点，雅思大作文考过政府要不要投钱探索宇宙的话题，准备了相关词伙，口语、写作中都用得上。事物类话题有意思的照片，可以说别人给做全息演讲的霍金拍的照片。
礼貌的人：
When it comes to the politest person I know, I want to talk about my elder sister. She tells me that being polite enables her to make more friends. When a person treats others with respect, this makes others feel valued, which in turn encourages other people to show kindness and politeness. Therefore, it's more likely for them to improve their mutual understanding and become close friends.
Also, my elder sister uses her behavior to teach young siblings good manners. In fact, children are willing to mimic others' behavior, since they lack the ability to assess the effects of their behavior on others. So they might learn some bad manners from their peers and adults. Because of the reasons mentioned above, my sister treats others with politeness. For me, she is a role model.
电影：
I want to talk about The Theory of Everything. It's about the famous cosmologist Stephen Hawking. As a university student, Hawking was immersed in the study of math and physics, and his talents were perceived by many famous professors. However, he experienced physical deterioration. In fact, his muscles began to fail and he was diagnosed with certain genetic disease. The disease was an irreversible disorder, which made Hawking confined to a wheelchair. But this didn't discourage him from pursuing his research. Also, his girlfriend still accompanied him. With her support, Hawking made breakthroughs on black holes, which brought him fame and fortune.
I really enjoy this movie, because this movie enables me to know more about the famous scientist. From his experience, I learn that it's important for us to show boldness when facing obstacles. In fact, the obstacles give us an opportunity to show how badly we want things. Also, we humans should be willing to push the boundaries of knowledge.
有趣的演讲：
I listened to Stephen Hawking's speech online. Hawking spoke to his Hong Kong audience via hologram. Hawking sat in the office in Cambridge and used the holographic technology to appear as a hologram in Hong Kong.
I think the speech is very interesting for two reasons. One is that the speech allows us to perceive the potentials of technologies. In fact, the holographic technology allows the speaker to make a virtual appearance in certain remote location. In other words, the technology efficiently shrinks the distance between the speaker and the audience.
Another reason is that Hawking's speech covers many interesting topics. He stressed the importance of space exploration, because he believed that our planet was fragile. In my opinion, space exploration is necessary. The universe is elegant and boundless. Exploring the universe might yield some tangible results.
这两年百老汇音乐剧《汉密尔顿》非常红，看了不少相关的报道，加上一位学生是音乐剧专业，我觉得音乐剧这个拓展角度能用到雅思口语第二部分不同类别的话题，比如未来想开拓的小生意，可以说开音乐剧剧场。有意思的歌，可以说《汉密尔顿》这部音乐剧里的歌。音乐剧《汉密尔顿》的一大特色就是使用 Rap 这种形式介绍美国国父汉密尔顿的生平，考虑到如果用汉密尔顿来回答，涉及的生词与背景知识很多，有意思的歌，我们可以说一首介绍本国历史人物的说唱歌曲。我个人觉得很有趣的音乐人梁欢就联手马伯庸（《风起陇西》《笔冢随录》作者），以诸葛亮骂死王朗的桥段为基础，创作了一首说唱歌曲。而诸葛亮这个拓展角度，也可以用在本国的某次历史事件这个雅思口语话题，我们可以说诸葛亮的空城计。
事物类话题喜欢的网站，可以说百老汇的网站，从上面可以知道很多音乐剧的信息。事物类话题广告，则可以借用有意思的歌的内容，可以说从媒体上知道了一部关于诸葛亮的音乐剧的售票信息。事务类话题高薪工作可以说剧场经理，两个角度拓展，一是自己可以想出一些有创意的营销方法，二是这是自己的爱好，有动力去做。事件类话题，使用想象力、与小孩子做的事情、还有团队活动都可以说到与音乐剧相关的内容。
小生意：
I want to open a musical theater in the future, for I want to give the audience great artistic enjoyment.
At present, many Chinese people lack the opportunity to watch musicals. Therefore, they couldn't perceive the appeal of this art form. In musicals, songs and dances are combined together. Besides, actors should use their facial expressions and body language to make their performance convincing. Well you know, many excellent actors are willing to employ their intelligence for role creation. I think watching musicals allows us to scrutinize different lifestyles and learn life lessons.
Another reason why I want to open a musical theater is that I think this would help me earn more money. High-quality musicals can attract lots of viewers and become box office successes. To sum up, it is profitable to open a musical theater.
有意思的歌：
I want to talk about a rap song. The song is about the life stories of Zhuge Liang, an intelligent prime minister of a Kingdom in ancient China. He was famous for the strategies he came up with. The reason why I think the song is interesting is that the composer uses modern musical elements to introduce the life stories of the renowned historic figure.
Zhuge Liang has occupied a permanent place in Chinese people's mind, because he is the symbol of intelligence and wisdom. One of the famous strategies choreographed by him is the empty fort strategy. The event took place at a time when he was besieged in an empty fort by the rival army which had an edge. However, He still kept calm and ordered his soldiers to open the gates and to disguise as civilians to sweep the roads. At the same time, He played a kind of traditional Chinese musical instrument on the gate tower. This deceived the rivals into believing that there were traps in the city, so they retreated.
I think it's a novel way to use pop songs to introduce historic events to young people.
