罗斯的婚礼(上)
剧情
罗斯结婚大家都去伦敦参加婚礼。乔伊对伦敦的一切都兴奋，拉着钱德勒一顿拍照，钱德勒觉得很丢人；瑞秋还是放不下罗斯，准备飞去伦敦当面问罗斯对自己的感觉；因为婚礼的教堂被毁，艾米莉很伤心，想延期，但是罗斯不同意，后来莫妮卡想了办法缓解两人的矛盾。
1.
Ross:Why can’t you take a couple of days off?
为什么你不能请几天假呢？
（罗斯问瑞秋自己结婚为啥她不能去伦敦庆祝）

Caterer：筹备酒席的人
Kiev：基辅（乌克兰首都）
Tarragon：龙蒿叶
Florist：花商
Tulips：郁金香
Cellist：大提琴家
Carpal：腕骨
Emily: The caterer rang to say it’s gonna be chicken Kiev instead of chicken Tarragon.Then the floristphoned to say there aren’t any tulips. And the cellist has carpal tunnel syndrome.
厨师打电话说龙高鸡换成基辅鸡，花匠打电话来说没有郁金香了，大提琴手得了手腕隧道症候群。
（艾米莉向罗斯吐槽婚礼筹备的困难）

Emily: I was so upset about the hall being knocked down, and she suggested that we just put the wedding off for a bit.
我对礼堂被拆迁很难过，她（莫妮卡）建议我把婚礼延后一点点。

Tepid：温热的
Phoebe:I just need you to bring me some photos of Ross and a small piece of chocolate and a glass of tepidwater.
我需要你给我一些罗斯的照片还有一点点巧克力和一杯温水。
（瑞秋说自己疯狂购物还是不能忘掉罗斯，菲比说自己有办法治疗）

Flaws：缺陷，裂缝
Phoebe:Really focus on his flaws.
专心想他的缺点。
（菲比让瑞秋对罗斯死心，让她看着罗斯的照片想罗斯不好的一面）

Crunchy：易碎的，嘎吱嘎吱响的
Greasy：油腻的，多脂的
Rachel:His hair never bothered me that much. It was more crunchy than is was greasy.
他的头发没有那么让我心烦，是蓬松不是油。
（菲比让瑞秋想象罗斯的头发很油，瑞秋说更多的只是硬而已）

Aversion：厌恶，讨厌
Therapy：治疗
Phoebe:Let’s try some aversion therapy.
让我们试一下厌恶疗法。

Lousy：极差的，讨厌的，污秽的
Chandler:I ‘ve had a really lousy day.
我过了很悲惨的一天。
（钱德勒嫌弃乔伊很没见过世面的样子，于是独自走了，事后很后悔）

Dashing：时髦的，华丽的
Ferigie: I think it’s kind of dashing.
我认为很时髦啊。
（乔伊逛街时碰到世爵夫人，于是一起录了一段VCR，夫人对乔伊买的帽子很是欣赏）
10.
four-tiered：分层的
Monica:Emily’s probably been planning it since she was 5, Ever since the first time she took a pillowcase and hung it off the back of her head. That’s what we did.We dreamed about the perfect wedding. In a perfect place. With the perfect four-tiered wedding cake with the little people on top. But the most important part is that we had the perfect guy who understood just how important all that other stuff was.
艾米莉可能从5岁开始就已经在规划婚礼了。从她第一次把枕头套披在脑袋后面开始。这就是我们女生做的事情，我们幻想一场完美的婚礼，在一个完美的地方，有着完美的四层婚礼蛋糕，蛋糕上面还有小人在上面。但是最重要的事情就是我们身边有一个完美的人，他知道所有的这一切对我们有多么重要。
（罗斯对莫妮卡建议艾米莉延后婚期不满，莫妮卡解释，婚礼是女生一生最重要的时刻，怎么可以随便敷衍）
