粽子作为中国传统的美食,相信朋友们都吃过,不过今天飞燕包的粽子,你可能没见过。
一:材料准备
柊叶 ,糯米,干稻草,香肠,食盐。

粽叶我只选柊叶,因为柊叶有抗菌消炎功效,清热解毒;凉血止血;利尿。主感冒发热;痢疾;吐血;衄血;血崩;口腔溃烂;音哑;小便不利。[6]
性味归经:甘、淡,微寒。入肺、胃、大肠三经。柊叶包的粽子常温下30天不会变坏。
二:工艺过程
1:新鲜柊叶及稻草用清水洗净,再用开水汤5分钟,备用.

2:糯米用水浸泡2两小时以上,沥干水加少量食盐拌匀,备用

3:香肠蒸熟备用

4:取三张柊叶叠在一起(错开了叠),盛上半碗糯米放在柊叶上,再放一根香肠做馅,然后再盛半碗米将香肠盖住,柊叶包起,用稻草绳梱紧,即成。如图

5:煮粽子
包好的粽子至大锅上,加水没过所有粽子,大火煮6小时,其间要添水及翻动上层粽子,经过6小时的烹煮,香喷喷的美食出锅了。
