Our earth is groaning. There are many diseases which affect the earth seriously. One of the biggest disease is pollution. It is the time we must take some practical measures to treat it. As for me, I believe finance and education are the two indispensable approaches to deal with contamination. First of all, we should invest sufficient money to eliminate the tough problem. To build efficient facilities, to sewage into new resources, to harness clean energy instead of fossil fuel, such as electricity and natural gas, to decrease the number of vehicles, so that waste fumes or gases can be reduced to use.
Also, whether citizen is well-educated or not is another factor in environmental protection. In order to get high-quality citizen, laws should be issued to restrict them from destroying environment. For example, in Hong Kong, the one who left a cigarette end in public area would be fined HK dollars. So does in Singapore, citizen will gradually no commit. In some countries, if people who polluted the environment seriously, they will be punished into he jail. To arouse the consciousness of citizen in environment protection will benefit our only earth. We should be aware of that destroying environment is equal to digging our own graves. In contrast, being kind to environment is being kind to ourselves. Taking care of environment is eventually taking care of ourselves.
