It's Friday and sunny today, i woke up about 5:40 this morning, but i had a very bad sleep, due to i woke up many times last night, i felt very tired now.

i will go home by coach this noon, Mr. Rain will take me to the Laixi stop station.

I attended the Skype meeting with the global quality team last night.

I need to send the parameters change record to him. we must keep the parameters change record when we change the parameters due to the quality issue, such as crack, blister, GOGAN,SG and shearing adjustment.

To HT

1 I sent the study result to him about the difference between the hot press and finished part.

2 we didn't find much difference base on the current data. due to the small amount of the data.

To Roy

i will send the work instruction and maintenance list of the Krauss testing machine to him before next Tuesday. he will help us to double check the operation process for the Krauss testing.

From Abhay:

he sent a email to us about the GOGAN and shearing of M68 formula, he said the GOGAN was higher than before, but the shearing was lower than before, he asked us to confirm the parameters that we used, but when we shipped the samples to R&D center, we also did the function testing, we didn't find the same issue.

i requrired her to send a email to all  the department managers, they should translate all the relative procedures from Chinese to both Chinese and English.
