The Black Cat
The corpse, already greatly decayed and clotted with gore, stood erect before the eyes of the spectators. Upon its head, with red extended mouth and solitary eye of fire, sat the hideous beast whose craft had seduced me into murder, and whose informing voice had consigned me to the hangman.
While reading this short novel, I was imaging some movie sections and some Chinese online novels. Many online novels focus on strange murders and connect them to psychological problems.
In this short novel, "I" was regarded as a docile and kind man by every one around me. I haven't found my cruelty until I maltreated those lovely animals which are my beloved pets. I had killed my best playmate, the black cat, so that I felt him around me everyday. In order to remove my remorse, I decided to buy a similar one. However the same result came along. I couldn't control my anger and started to beat my wife and the cat again.
In the short novel, the tell-tale heart, and the black cat, those two murders killed people near them for no reason but their uncontrollable fury on them. The two murders wanted to keep calm but they were always disturbed by others. Besides, those police officers couldn't find evidence. It were murders themselves revealed their behaviors. They wanted to share their intelligence.
It is really difficult to live as long as possible because no one knows what would happen next minute.
