Guess how quickly did I finish the book?
2 DAYS. But don't get me wrong, I am by no means fascinated about it. Quite the opposite, it's a book too boring to dwell for longer. For anyone who prefers learning about the real nature of willpower based on scientific experiments, I caution you against the book.
As one reader on Goodreads rated, "It's the cheesy, hokey feeling that prevented me to keep on reading this book. " So do I.
But there are at least some points worthwhile to be shared here.
1\ Progressive. Anything should be accomplished through steps.
2\ Relaxation. Don't overwork yourself or force yourself. Regulate yourself. Make good use of your disadvantages rather than work against them. // Allow yourself to make mistakes.
3\ Goal setting. Make it simple but regular. Review everyday.
4\ Visible. Try to visualize things you want to accomplish. Create positive mental images of yourself.
The last point is the most important thing I learned of recently.
