写在最后的话:
不知道大家有没有过这种,“喂养负面情绪”的经历?比喂养更准确的表达,是激活负面情绪。
这些悲伤、失望、愤怒……并非无中生有,由小变大,它们本来就存在于我们心里,只是没有机会好好表达出来。
这些重要而强烈的情绪,被我们的大脑长期压抑和隔离着,渐渐的,我们离感受越来越远,越来越像个机器人,感受不到自己的存在。
所以,当这些情绪被激活的时候,我们忍不住一次又一次地去品尝它、感受它,这时候,我们终于有了作为“人”的、活生生的存在感。但与此同时,反复体验负面的情绪,也会带来副作用,即加重创伤、强化痛苦。
觉察到这些,我们可以怎么做呢?
很喜欢武老师分享的一种状态:流动而不成为。流动而不成为、体验而不沦陷,对于我们来说,是一节漫长的必修课,但它很值得学习。
当我们终于学会,如何掌控自己的内在感知和情绪,我们才能真的疗愈过去的自己;这些过去的创伤,也才能生出能量,滋养当下以及未来的我们。
