it's Tuesday and sunny today, i reached the company about 9:10 this moring, becase i took 3 people to Laixi from Huangdao.

i asked him whether we need to do more M28 samples due to the NG rate was too high, he said:"waiting for the notice"

To Dave:

i told him we can do the PH, density, heat shearing and compression testing in Laixi plant, but i need to know which items that need Laixi to do for the normal production control, which items only for sample phrase?

he suggested us to add a confirmation for parallelism after we put the pads into the box, and also suggested us to add a PY at the grinding machine, if the operator don't put the back plate into the tooling well, the machine will stop automatically.

the NG rate of M28 is too high, the crack rate is 100% after scorching, i asked her send the NG photo, manufacturing parameters and NG rate to Roy for confirmation, we will reproduce the sample after get the suggested parameters from Roy.

i suggested that we should add a 100% self-inspection record for the parallelism at the grinding process;
