亮点,针对知识工作的质量:
- 现在更多是在judgement而不是measure质量
- 而且,定义问题比衡量问题更重要
- 所以案例是说,关键是怎么定义task(背后是目标),这个案例也特别有意义
- 目标是关注人的不足,还是让人更优秀
- 所以可以说,前者是一种失败导向,后者是一种成功导向,但是
- 这又岂止是学校而已呢?
