what are some of your weakness?
I 'm very optimistic,and this has helped me get along with my colleagues
however, my optimism caused me to overlook a potential problem that turned into an actual problem with my project
as a consequence of this ,I learned that while I should keep a positive outlook ,I should always have a contingency plan

how do you solve confilcts when you encounter problem
friction occasionally builds up and it best dealt with is honest communication
nonetheless,i find that keep open communication is the best way to present disputes in the first place
it's better to nip issues in the bud before they become serious problems
