Software enterprise/organization administrator: refers to the individual software user authorized or designated by the software enterprise organization user, who has the operation rights of the software enterprise organization/user management platform system, and opens, manages and uses the software service on behalf of the enterprise organization.

Individual user of the Software: refers to individual users who have registered an account of the Software, including individual users who have the administrator rights of the software enterprise/organization user, and all individual users in the Software enterprise/organization user address book, hereinafter referred to as "you".
6. Personal information: refers to all kinds of information recorded by electronic or other means that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information.
7. Personal sensitive information: refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may endanger personal and property safety and easily lead to personal reputation, physical and mental health damage or discriminatory treatment. The sensitive personal information of this software service includes ID card number, mobile phone number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, transaction information, etc. (We will mark specific sensitive personal information in bold in this Privacy Policy).

    This policy applies to the products and services operated by the Software, including the software client, the software PC and the integration of some functions/services of the software into third-party intelligent hardware, software or services (collectively referred to as the "Software Services", subject to the services provided by the software service provider).
    It should be noted in particular that this Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided to you directly by other third parties through the aforementioned web pages or the software client (collectively referred to as "third-party services"), such as payment, transfer and other payment related functions that you can achieve by binding personal Alipay (wallet) and wechat Pay through the software client. If you choose to use this software map positioning, OCR identification, electronic signature, points mall, training and examination services, all third-party service providers to provide you with services. 1. Register as an individual user of the software
   The software does not support the open registration of individual users, you need to create an individual user account through the enterprise/organization user administrator, your enterprise/organization user administrator needs to provide your mobile phone number and name, so that we can provide you with services such as IM chat (instant messaging), mobile phone authentication, real name authentication, SMS notification, etc. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the Software Service. After registering as an individual user of this software, you can further provide basic information such as profile picture, position, title, gender, country/region, etc.
   2, register as the software enterprise/organization user
   To register as a user of the Software enterprise/organization so that we can provide the Software service based on the employment and management practices of your enterprise organization, Such as the software's employee management services (including employee address book, employee attendance, leave management, enterprise announcement information release, management approval, daily newspaper, enterprise document management, enterprise group chat), the software's sales management services (including customer visits, store Tours, shelf photos), the software's channel distribution management services (channel order entry, channel inventory, sales reporting, fees To realize the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprise/organization channels, you need to provide your enterprise/organization name to create the software enterprise/organization account, otherwise you will not be able to use the software service based on enterprise organization management behavior. After registering as a user of this software enterprise organization, you must provide further information about the location, industry type and staff size of the enterprise/organization. If you need to obtain more rights (such as electronic signature opening, etc.), you, as an enterprise/organization administrator, need to submit specific information and materials on behalf of the enterprise/organization to complete the software enterprise organization certification, Including certificate type, copy of business license, unified social credit code, enterprise organization name, address, legal representative name, legal representative ID number, certification letter and other basic information.

   You understand and agree that the user of the Enterprise is the controller of the data controlled by the enterprise, and we only open, manage and use the application services to process the Software according to the instructions of the user administrator of the enterprise. Enterprise/organization users shall obtain the explicit consent of individual users before uploading enterprise/organization communication information or requiring individual users of the enterprise/organization to submit personal information such as personnel information and external business contact information, and shall collect only the personal user information necessary for the operation and management purposes of enterprise/organization users. And ensure that individual users are fully informed of the purpose, scope and use of the relevant data collection.

We only open, manage and use the above information according to the instructions of the user administrator of the enterprise organization.    During the use of the Software service, you can feedback questions about the experience of the software products, functions, applications and services to help us better understand your experience and needs in using our products or services, and improve our products or services. 6. Information provided to us by third parties
   We will collect information about you when other users perform operations related to you, and may also obtain your personal data information from affiliated companies of the software, cooperating third parties or through other lawful means.
