强调的方式

1.主语+do/does/did+谓语(+其他)

I do think so.

我确实这样认为。

He did like it.

他确实喜欢它。

I never did like him.

我从未喜欢过他。

2.the very+名词

译为“正是那个，恰好是那个。”the very也可以换成this very, that very, my very,your very等，还可以换成最高级、the last等词。

At that very moment, he came in.

正巧关键时刻，他进来了。

3.反身代词

itself强调抽象事物，表示“本身，自身”；其它反身代词表示“本人，亲自”。

Teaching itself is learning.

教本身就是学。

4.副词修饰被强调词

常见副词有even,just,right,only,indeed,all right等。

I just can't believe the truth.

我只是不相信事实。

He is the only child of the family.

他是家里唯一的孩子。

5.强调词+助动词+主语+谓语

能用于此句型的有at no time, by no means, few,many a time,not only…but also…,seldom, hardly等。

Never have I seen him.
