在北京新街口有一家新川面馆,店面不大,但每天一到饭点儿就需要排队,是不少老北京人常光顾的地方。我以前隔三差五的会去吃,甚至有的时候突然想吃那一口儿了,就立马儿坐上几站公交车去过过嘴瘾。后来住的远了,但那面的味道总让人怀念,所以就在家尝试着做,慢慢地,竟然有几分相似了,哈哈

介绍一下做法。
原材料:碎米芽菜(今天用榨菜)、肉末少许(我用小里脊肉自己剁)、蒜两瓣儿、小葱一根儿、豆瓣酱一勺、芝麻酱两勺。
做法:将榨菜洗净切碎(我只用了右边的一块儿)

锅烧热后加一勺油,油热后关小火,放入豆瓣酱煸炒出红油

加生抽嗞一下,加一碗水(没过炒料即可)水开后关火盛出。

芝麻酱加四勺凉白开和少许盐,用榨汁机打匀。

面条煮熟后用电扇吹凉,如果嫌麻烦,就直接过凉水。盛在碗中,加入做好的拌料和芝麻酱即可。吃的时候可以再放些辣椒油,配上酸辣瓜条。芝麻酱可以多放些(为了拍照好看,图中只放了一点儿麻酱)
