1.Android7.0以上拍照的适配
2.Android6.0以上权限动态的申请
实现步骤
①在mainfest标签里加入以下该权限
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>
②在application下加入该provider
