比较级

将二者进行比较产生的一种词形

普通比较级

• 同级比较级：前后两者的情况一样
  • as 形容词/副词原级 + as ...和...一样
    eg：Nobody can be as smart as you are.
eg：I speak Englist as well as Lilei.
  • not as 形容词/副词原级 + as ...不如...
    eg：Luckily,the weather is not as hot as it was yesterday.
eg：Actually my Englist is not as good as Lilei.
• 降级比较
  形容词比较级 + than
eg：The weather is cooler than it was yesterday.
eg：The man left earlier than the woman.

特殊比较级

• the + 比较级 + of the two 两者之中较...的一个
  eg：Jason is the taller of the two children.
eg：Jack Ma is the richer of the two rich.
• more and more + 形容词原级 越来越...（适用于多音节形容词）
  eg：iPhones are getting more and more expensive.
• 比较级 + and + 比较级 越来越..（适用于单/双音节形容词）
  eg：You are becoming older and older.
• less and less + 形容词原级 越来越少（适用于多音节形容词）
  eg：The landline phone is getting less and less common.
